Seeing as the reason I joined MH was because I loved the complicated yet fun style I haven't seen in any other SIMs I've found, it seems ironic that I'm having issues with it haha. Actually, to be completely honest, I'd be able to figure it out by Sunday, probably, but. That's just too long. And I'm rather lazy with school being so freaking rough this week and probably next. I'll lay out my questions as simply as possible so you don't hate my lazyness too much. :> - How loang does an individual horse's training take? It doesn't change from one discipline to the next, right?
- Is there a rescue/rehab/retirement center in MH? And possibly a BLM for the Mustangs? [If there's even an interest here in those sort of things.]
- In the header where it lists the officers, there are three open? What's up with that? Will we be holding elections? [Pending on the answers to these questions, I'll have more lol.]
Well, that wasn't as bad as I expected. The breeding, shows, races and whatnot I'll figure out myself as a good member should. Thanks in advance guys!

A: I have no idea. B: I hate BLM's guts right now, but I guess. C: Yes, we will be holding elections. (Soon, I hope! A big *hint hint* to cougar!) I am temporarily Mistress Of Fate.

A: *points to Cougar* B: No, at the moment there isn't as far as I know. C: I honestly have no clue. We had a sort-of election before the redo of the site, but I haven't heard of anything after that.

A: Right now because this training system is new training is instantanious (for September only) after that it will be 3 days per discipline. No, it doesn't change for each discipline unless cougar slipped in there and complicated it some more. LOL. B: Yes, everything related to rescue/rehab is taken care of within the humane society. B2: Generally horses retire on your stable, once a horse is COMPLETELY retired including from breeding you no longer have to age them. lol. Horses can live forever in MH so long as they are completely permanently inactive. B3: Yes, the BLM is a segment of the humane society. BLM roundups however are conducted on the RPG board which is run by Cougar. If you have surplus horses you want to get rid of you tie them outside at night and "The Final Hour" the lead mare of our largest mustang herd comes and claims them, then their foals sometimes turn up in the mustang roundups. B4: BLM adoptions, auctions and sales (which are different from RPG member roundups) are held occasionally by the humane society. We haven't had any lately since there has been very low interest in mustang. C: No, we wont be having elections any time soon. I've had my fill of elections. Every time I host officer elections all the positions are filled by unsuitable members who are completely inactive as officers which is why there are none right now... lol. The open positions are available by request and admin consideration. I have made Stargo the temporary mistress of fate on a probationary term (september) so long as everything is done correctly for september she will become MOF for the remainder of the officer term (Until Feb) If you are interested in requesting one of the available positions it would work on the same terms, a probationary period due to the position being held by a new member. Then if all goes well you would be granted the position for the remainder of the term.

You guys are so unbelievably quick and helpful I don't know what to do with myself lol.
Let's see...so, my training is done. B-B3...thanks Desiree, I'll keep an eye out for RPG round-ups and some BLM sales and what not. And as for elections, I'll happily temporarily fill in anything and everything open on that probationary period. Shall I PM you about it?

sure. I think there are a couple of mustangs available right now in the seized horse adoption on the humane society board. Otherwise I will make sure to add some to my next sale.
